Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid products and paid digital services sold directly by Sosiale AI OÜ through official Sosiale AI channels (including https://sosiale.ai), unless product-specific terms state otherwise.

This policy supplements the Terms and Conditions. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting term.

2. Current Commercial Status

At the date of this version, Sosiale AI website offerings are primarily informational or free to access.

If no payment was collected by Sosiale AI, no refund workflow applies.

3. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights under EU/EEA consumer law.

4. Direct Purchases from Sosiale AI

For direct purchases of paid features/services:

  • pricing and billing terms are presented before checkout,
  • refund eligibility conditions are disclosed at purchase flow,
  • requests must be sent from the purchasing email address to info@sosiale.ai.

To process a request, we may ask for:

  • order/transaction identifier,
  • purchase date,
  • payment method details (limited to verification needs),
  • short reason for request.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

If subscriptions are introduced:

  • cancellation terms and renewal schedule will be shown before purchase,
  • cancellation takes effect according to the disclosed billing cycle terms,
  • already consumed periods may be non-refundable unless law or specific terms provide otherwise.

6. EU/EEA 14-Day Withdrawal Framework

If you are an EU/EEA consumer buying digital content or digital services remotely, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right unless a legal exception applies.

Where legally permitted, the withdrawal right can be lost after performance begins if you gave prior explicit consent and acknowledgment as required by law.

7. Non-Refundable Situations (to the extent permitted by law)

Refunds may be refused where:

  • claims are fraudulent or abusive,
  • access was suspended/terminated for serious Terms violations,
  • charges were processed by third-party billing platforms,
  • statutory withdrawal does not apply and no commercial refund promise was made.

8. Third-Party Billing (App Stores / Marketplaces)

If payment is processed by a third party (for example Apple App Store or Google Play), refund handling is controlled by that provider's policies and workflow.

Sosiale AI cannot force a platform refund where the platform controls billing.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact info@sosiale.ai first so we can investigate. You also retain your right to contact your payment provider.

10. Processing Timeline

For eligible direct refunds, we target an initial decision within 10 business days after receiving sufficient verification details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-processor timing.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy due to legal or commercial model changes. The latest version is published on this page with an updated date.
